Calorie & Macro Nutrition Coaching

If you are a ‘numbers person’, have a weight loss goal or have no idea that peanut butter is a fat source — you may enjoy macro tracking. You will use an app like MyFitnessPal (with my help) to track your food with specific calorie and macronutrient goals. I’ll help you strategize how to “hit” these targets without being miserable and adjust them as your body changes. We’ll keep track of your weekly averages (for some flexibility) and have weekly email check-ins + unlimited text access.

Intuitive Eating Coaching

If you struggle with your relationship with food or have a history of disordered eating, you may enjoy focusing on meal structures and paying attention to your hunger instead of tracking. You will focus on a set of guidelines for how to structure meals, identify your unhealthy habits and work on listening your body in our to adequately fuel it. Includes weekly email check-ins (or phone calls) + unlimited text access.

Full Menu Planning

Let me plan EVERYTHING!! I’ll lay out a weekly menu for you with all the meals, snacks and drinks (including ones you love). Everything is tailored to your personal calorie and macronutrient needs. You’ll get recipe and grocery lists so that all you have to do is execute. I’m known to fit in pizza, wine and introduce you to some of your new favorite meals!

Custom Workout Programs

Do you have a specific goal or what the value of an in-person personal trainer without the high price tag? I create custom monthly workout plans based on your level, your goals and your equipment/ facility! These include video links to each exercise, along with prescribed sets and reps. You’ll get weekly email check-ins and unlimited text access to me to assess form & keep you on track.
