No-Fail, No-Bake Protein Bar

Hypothetically speaking, pretend you’ve moved halfway across the world to a country that does not believe in protein bars. ANYWHERE. At least not for a price you would semi-consciously dream about. You must get creative. One catch with your creativity, grocery stores look a bit different here so you can’t get too crazy with the ingredients.

Enter, the simple 5 ingredient protein bar that doesn’t even require measuring cups or spoons. No guess work. Just fill your protein powder scooper with these five ingredients and you are set.

Ingredients (for 4 bars)

2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder

1 scoop muesli (this could be subbed with oats if desired)

1 scoop oats

1 scoop peanut butter

1 scoop almond milk (skim milk, etc.)

**All ingredients are measured with the scoop that comes with your protein powder. If you’ve thrown yours out or it is buried somewhere deep within the tub, the best estimate equivalent I can give you is: 1 scoop = 3-4 tablespoons (when in doubt go with 3.5 Tbsp.)

Instructions

Add protein powder to a large bowl. Add muesli and oats. Add peanut butter. Add almond milk. Mix until fully combined. Separate onto separate plate for a few hours or overnight. Take out of the refrigerator at least five minutes before enjoying 🙂

**I like to put one bar in plastic wrap and take it with me on the go. Or throw it in the microwave for a few seconds before eating!
