No-Fuss, 6 Feet or Less, Hotel Workouts

Sometimes you haven’t got a lot of time and you haven’t got a lot of space. If you are out of luck on both fronts but need to get your sweat on, the Hotel Workouts have you covered.

I happened to be stranded on an island (okay, I went there by choice), but was stuck inside a rather small hotel room whilst it downpoured outside.

So what’s a girl to do except crank some old-school Missy and Ciara and get to work.

 

I recommend doing running through the videos, in order, 3-5 times. Don’t worry, you can rest in between if you need to and the videos are no more than 2 minutes long! Your heart rate will definitely increase, your shoulders will feel the burn and your abs will be incredibly engaged. You won’t regret it, I promise ๐Ÿ™‚

Workout #1

  • 5 Burpee Push Ups (no jump)
  • 10 Bodyweight Squats
  • 10 Breakdowns (5 each side)
  • Single Leg Plank (10 seconds each side)
  • 5 Push Ups

Workout #2

  • 5 Burpee Push Ups (no jump)
  • 10 Single Leg Romanian Deadlift to Reverse Lunges

Workout #3

  • Side Plank on Hand (10 seconds)
  • Single Leg Plank on Hands (10 seconds)
  • Single Leg Knee Tuck to Reach (5 each side)
  • Single Leg Knee Tuck (5 each side)
  • Side Plank on Hand (10 seconds)

Commit to the number of rounds you are going to do before you start and don’t be afraid to give yourself a challenge!
