Looking for a snack that’s a little sweet, but not quite candy status?
Even though the days are getting darker a little earlier and it’s not quite fall yet, this is about as close as you can get to a healthier deconstructed apple cobbler.
- 1/2 medium apple, sliced
- 1/8 cup muesli
- 1/4 scoop protein powder
- 1 Tbsp. skim milk (or almond or whatever suits your fancy)
- Dash of cinnamon and/or nutmeg
- Mix muesli, protein powder and milk together.
- Add apple.
- Top with cinnamon.
This festive snack packs less than 200 calories, 8 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber to keep you going through the day 🙂
