Virtual personal training solves all of your problems! I’ve been working with clients all of the world since 2019 in their homes to reach their goals, build strength & improve their health — all while working out virtually.

All levels welcome

I’ve trained clients online who started as total beginners or clients who are well versed in strength training.

45 mins = $75

60 mins = $90

30 mins = $55

Equipment Flexibility

Whether you have a full home gym or a pair of dumbbells — you can get a great workout in. I even workout with my clients on vacation in their hotel rooms with very minimal equipment (only a resistance band). Most people have a chair or bench, a few pairs of dumbbells, a stability ball and some resistance bands. Others have TRX straps, stair steps & versa climbers. We can work with whatever you have & I can help you decide what to purchase for your home gym if desired.

Start to Finish

We start with some mobility and warm up exercises before moving into our exercises/circuits. The workouts are customized and programmed just for you — your body’s fitness level, goals, weaknesses, as well as your preferences and tailoring the workout to be *hopefully* a little fun 🙂 We often end with a little stretching or a finisher to leave you feeling accomplished. Beyond the Session

I have clients who meet with me once a week, up to four times per week. Often the once a week clients like me to create a program for them to complete on the other days (often another strength workout or two & some cardio recommendations). You’ll have full guidance on what to do the days you aren’t workout out with me so that you routine feels streamlined & purposeful.

If you don’t need or want the full support of virtual personal training, I can create custom workout programs for you to follow on your own — whether at the gym or at home. I’ve helped clients learn their way around the gym, do their first pull up and run their first half marathon or ironman! Whatever your goal, I can make you a program to get there.
