Hi, I’m Katelyn!

I went to school for Dietetics at Kansas State University before realizing that the real fun was in the gym. Now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I love showing women that lifting weights can bring feelings of confidence and discipline to all areas of their life.

As a formerly stick-skinny girl who scored 1/4 of a pull up in her high school gym class, I wasn’t sure I would ever be able to do a full pull up or have any shape to my butt. But as I started sticking to a strength training plan and increasing the healthy carbs and protein in my diet, the results started to show.

I began to love the consistency, freedom of restriction and lack of stress in my life due to adopting these habits.

If I ate protein, I was full. If I lifted weight, I felt confident and energized. If I went to happy hour or out for ice cream, I knew how to balance my diet to make room for the foods I love.

Fast forward and I have been a top trainer at one of the largest gyms in the U.S., helped women improve how they feel mentally and physically and now enjoy the freedom of living life to the fullest while continuing to help others get to this point through my online training and courses.
