About Me.

Hi, I’m Katelyn!

I’m a health & fitness coach that loves showing people how to build sustainable, healthy lifestyles that don’t have to restrict your favorite foods or require you to spend endless hours doing cardio. I used research backed information to help you build habits that help you look and feel your best.

My clients learn to ditch the all or nothing mentality, celebrate the small wins and seek more than just decreases on the scale.

After being a scrawny, shy girl in my younger years, I found strength and confidence through weight lifting. For schooling, I went to Kansas State University to get degrees in Dietetics & Public Health Nutrition. I knew that nutrition wasn’t the only piece of a healthy lifestyle, so I also became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

I initially began training at the Pro Sports Club in Bellevue, Washington where I stayed for 4 years and largely worked with tech employees and those interested in weight loss transformation. After a year break teaching and traveling in Vietnam, my husband and I moved to Fort Collins, Colorado where I continued personal training for 2 years and enjoyed the contrast of training many people in their early 20s and many over 70! Then my husband’s PhD journey has led us to Calgary, Alberta where I was able to start to start and grow my online training and coaching business to a full time job that I love. I now run HelloStrength out of Zurich, Switzerland and work with clients in all time zones!

I’m most passionate about showing teaching people the tools to build a healthy lifestyle that doesn’t rely on quick fixes, suffering or even rely on me forever. I want you to grow and become confident in your abilities to maintain your success.

As good as the best nutrition plan combined with the best workout plan is, I also learned that the real battles are all in our head! So I became an Precision Nutrition Coach so that together we can conquer those long-engrained “bad” habits and mindsets holding you back from longterm success.

With over 14 years of experience, I’ve helped clients with all different types of goals. Whether it’s losing 100+ pounds or getting to a place where you can enjoy cookies guilt free, I’m here for you.
