I’m a firm believer that one size does NOT fit all. We will work together to find a structure of coaching that fits your goals & lifestyle the best.

Depending on your nutrition & exercise knowledge level, we will assess your starting point. Some clients will benefit from following a menu plan for a few weeks before diving into a little food tracking or some will dive right in with intuitive eating while adhering more to a general structure of healthy, balanced eating principles.

Phone calls and online check ins are the foundation of your coaching & we will schedule these in a manner that makes you feel supported, but empowered. My goal is to help you design your healthy lifestyle — not follow my routine or what works for me.

There’s a core foundation that supports optimal health, performance & fitness — but you can incorporate that into YOUR life in many different ways.

My coaching is about building that really strong foundational so you can do all the other things in life you want to do (and I’ll be there along the way when you need support).
