The Workouts
These workouts are designed to cover all of your bases to build a strong, full body
foundation. There are 4 core workouts per week, with a 5th optional workout that you can do or sub it for your favorite cardio or other activity you want to do. The workouts can be done in a gym or with access to dumbbells and mini resistance bands.
The Format
You’ll get access to this program for life and be able to input the weights you use, see video demonstrations of the exercises and follow the set/rep recommendations to ensure you make strength progress!
