HelloStrengthSeniors is a branch of HelloStrength created specifically for older adults who want to stay strong, balanced, and capable in everyday life — without fear, intimidation, or guesswork.

Whether your goal is to feel steadier on your feet, reduce aches and pains, support bone health, or simply keep doing the activities you love, this program focuses on practical strength and mobility that carries over into real life.

⭐️Live Online Mobility Classes

I currently offer live, online mobility classes via YouTube designed specifically for older adults.

These classes focus on:

  • Joint mobility and stiffness reduction
  • Balance and coordination
  • Gentle strength and stability
  • Moving confidently through daily activities

Classes are approachable, adaptable, and can be done from home with minimal equipment.

These live classes also serve as an introduction to my coaching style and approach. Classes run most Tuesdays at 8:30 AM EST.
