Broccoli Turkey Chickpea Bowl

This recipe is a simple and super filling meal idea for prepped lunches or a 20-minute dinner.


To start, microwave 1 cup of broccoli, covered, for 3 minutes (with a 1/4 cup water) to steam it and make it nice and soft.

Then, throw it in the skillet with a few cloves of garlic.


Next,  add 1/4 cup of canned chickpeas (rinsed, drained).


Once it all has a little color and started smelling amazing (about 4 minutes), remove it and set aside.

Then, put the frozen turkey burger on the skillet and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash seasoning (I went with Garlic Herb).

Cook until cooked through, then slice and add to the broccoli mix.


Top with 2 Tbsp. of Trader Joe’s No Guild Greek Yogurt Guacamole and you’re good to go!
