Have you caught yourself saying any of these things in the past month?
- “I can’t believe it’s already November!”

It’s that last one that really gets me. I find I get the most frustrated with myself when I have a lack of action. I set a goal to write a blog post every week; weeks went by without a single post. I set a goal to do 10 pull ups in a row by April; spring and summer went without reaching that goal.
That doesn’t have to be the end of the story. This is my fourth blog post in three weeks. I FINALLY hit that pull up goal in November instead of April. Things may not go quite the way you expect, but at the end of the day it’s so much better to feel like you are actively working toward something than to feel like you’re not doing anything.
