This is a monthly subscription that gets you a new workout plan every single month. And you’re not doing this alone, you’re doing them with a facebook group of gals (and maybe guys) with support and coaching from me! Here’s what’s included:
- A new workout program every single month
- You’ll know exactly how many sets and reps to do each workout
- These workouts have a strong emphasis on progressive overload so you get stronger over time
- These workouts have a 2 focuses each month (ex. glutes & abs, conditioning & pull ups, etc.)
- These workouts will find your weaknesses, strengthen them and repeat
- Form feedback from me via the FB Group
- Community support via the FB Group
- General nutrition guidance via the FB Group
- Monthly check ins via email

What equipment do I need for HelloWorkouts?
Ideally you would have gym access or a pretty baller home gym.
But with the coronavirus and gym closures, I’ve delayed the start of this a bit and know that many of you are still not able or wanting to go to a gym. So this monthly subscription will always include home workout options (so long as you have dumbbells or a backpack you can put books/water bottles in!).
Also if you cannot do an exercise due to an injury or another reason, just like an in-person personal trainer I will sub/modify exercises for you. It’s like having a personal trainer, but you’re in a group where everyone is doing the same workouts!
What if I’m new to strength training?
I will teach you grasshopper!
It would be helpful to have a little bit of strength training knowledge, but if you’re willing to post videos of your form and implement feedback — this will be a great way to start your strength training journey off with a strong foundation.

Can I still do ______________? (running, yoga, zumba, etc.)
Definitely! HelloStrength is very PRO movement of any type that makes you happy.
This workout program is meant to be 5x/week, but can fit into 4 days if that works better for your schedule (3 if we really pinched it, but 4 is the preferred minimum).
I am a firm believer that strength is never a weakness. Getting stronger at pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, lunging, etc. will make you a better runner, yogi or zumba-er!

You can email me at hellostrength1@gmail.com and I’ll get you all signed up and ready to go for September 1! You just need to sign up 2 days before the 1st of the month to make sure you are set.
You will be “subscribed” when you sign up, but if you don’t want to train with us the next month you can let me know at least 2 days before the next month starts!
