I actually first launched this course over 4 years ago when HelloStrength was just the tiniest of side hustles. Even with much more time at home this year, meal planning and prepping stress is still one of the most common complaints from my clients.
So, I’m bringing this course back to hopefully help you conquer meal prep once and for all!
The course will be 6 weeks long and we will tackle a different strategy each week so that by the end of those 6 weeks you feel confident, capable and like a chef in the kitchen.
Here’s an outline for the course:

This is an entirely virtual course and will have a Facebook support group & live video strategizing sessions with me. Along with completing “homework” so that you prep food according to your preferences and goals, I’ll provide lots of examples and my go-to favorites as well.
Things will kick off on January 15 so that you have time to get settled after the New Year and then hit the ground running! This course is teaching you how to fish so that you never have to stress about it again or hire someone to do it for you. How to plan healthy meals, shop for them on a budget, and prep them quickly is a necessary life skill — but we’re never taught how to do it!
This course is PACKED with information, examples and, yes, homework — I like to keep things affordable so this course will be $99 for the 6 weeks (essentially $16/week).
