Wanted: 3 Women Looking to Build Strength/ Muscle

Hey guys!

I’ve FINALLY written down and formatted a 5-6 day workout program that basically copies how I train on a regular basis.

I’m looking for 3 women to test the workout program to see how it works for them before putting this out for everyone to purchase!

The selected participants will get a discounted rate since I will be asking for lots of feedback on the format, exercise demonstrations and results.

There’s a few things you will need access to, in order to participate:

  • Unless you have a very well equipped home gym, you will likely need gym access to the following
    • Squat Rack
    • TRX
    • Dumbells
    • Leg Press, Curl, and Extension Machines
  • The ability to commit to exercising at least 5 days per week for the next 6 weeks

    Hey Katelyn,

    Happy New Year! I might be interested…I have been looking to possibly going back to working with a trainer now that we are pretty settled in NC. I belong to a gym with two locations that have all the equipment that you said would be needed.

    Have you found your 3 women? What’s the cost? How long are the workouts? Can they be done anytime of day?

    Hope you are well! I have been taking your workouts that you have posted and have been doing them twice a week for each month. December unfortunately has been a train wreck so I am looking to get back into a good routine.
