Sample Workout- From Be A Force Workout Plan

Here’s a glimpse into a workout from my Be A Force Workout Plan! These workouts are design to build total body strength to create that “toned” look.

Each workout builds on the next so that you see your strength increasing and body changing (when combined with proper nutrition).

Circuit 1

3 Sets of 8 Reps = 3×8
3×5

Circuit 2

3×8 (can use assisted machine or bands)
3×8 each side
3×10

Circuit 3

3×8 (start with light weight)
3×6 each side
3×10

Finisher

Finish workout with sprints on a treadmill (or other machine if the treadmill isn’t a good choice for you body!). Sprint for 10 seconds as hard as you can, then rest for 30 seconds. Do 5 rounds total.
