Whipped Greek Yogurt Breakfast/Snack

When I see a delicious looking recipe out there with more than a handful of ingredients, I immediately accept the fact that realistically I’m not going to get all those ingredients and make it.

5 ingredient and even 3 ingredient recipes for breakfast, cookies, pancakes, etc. are everywhere. What could be better than that?

A 2 Ingredient Recipe!

It’s kind of cheating, but you only need two things to make a decadent, incredibly textured breakfast/snack. With 200 calories, 25 grams of carbs, 23 grams of protein and 0 grams of fat, I love it post workout to refill my energy.

  • Yoplait Greek 100 Protein (vanilla) on the bottom
  • Yoplait Greek 100 Whips! (vanilla cupcake) on the top
  • Optional: I think a few slice of fruit or a tablespoon of slivered almonds would go perfectly with this.


You really can’t beat those macros and the texture is amazing.
