Some people talk so much about getting __________________ (fit, strong, healthy, lighter, more muscular), but never take any real action.
When I was in high school, I believed that doing 500 crunches per night would get me abs. At least I was trying SOMETHING, but it definitely wan’t the best thing I could have been doing to get abs.
That’s why I want you to be a part of my 3-month WOMENS STRENGTH CHALLENGE.
It’s time to do SOMETHING and it’s time to do the RIGHT THING. Something that will actually make a difference to your body and help you efficiently and effectively build the muscle you’ve been wanting and change your body.

Here’s what you need to know about the 3-month Program:
- You will need access to a gym
- You will workout 4-5 times per week
- You will learn how I eat and find your own best way to eat for your goals and enjoyment of a balanced, healthy lifestyle
- You will learn how to track macros, intuitively eat and how to decide which is best for you long-term
- You will get entry to a private facebook group with the other women in the group to share, support and ask me unlimited questions throughout the program
