How does the Choose Your Own Adventure Part Work?
There are a few parameters. You must pick something(s) to work on that you can measure. You must have a reason/motivation for choosing that thing.
Ex. Your goal is to eat more vegetables. We break that down into eating vegetables at 2 meals per day and measuring that by tracking it in your daily tracker spreadsheet.
Ex. Your goal is to get in 100 minutes of cardio per week. We measure that by recording # of cardio minutes in your daily tracker spreadsheet.
